Job Description
Generate new insurance business through calls, references, leads, and customer visits.
Understand customers' insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
Explain policy features, coverage, premium, terms, and benefits clearly to customers.
Handle enquiries related to Motor, Health, and Non-Motor Insurance.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policies.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Assist customers with policy renewals and required documentation.
Coordinate with the internal operations team for policy issuance and servicing.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Provide timely support to customers for policy-related queries.
Follow company processes and IRDAI-related guidelines applicable to insurance distribution.
