Dishwashing & Kitchen Support

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, baking trays, molds, and kitchen equipment and hand-wash delicate items
• Properly dry and store clean utensils in designated areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks during service hours

Cleaning & Hygiene

• Clean and mop kitchen floors, workstations, sinks, and drains
• Clean display counters, shelves, storage areas, and garbage zones
• Ensure washrooms are cleaned and stocked
• Dispose of waste properly as per hygiene standards

Food Safety & Compliance

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (FSSAI standards)
• Maintain cleanliness to avoid pest issues
• Report any breakage, damage, or safety hazards immediately
