We Are Hiring – PCD Pharma Business Development ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – PCD Pharma to join our team and handle PCD Pharma franchise business development.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and develop new PCD Pharma / Franchise business opportunities.
• Identify potential distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.
• Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with PCD Pharma partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product details, samples, and orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Sales / Business Development.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of PCD Pharma / Franchise business.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, and MS Office.
