Job Description

Company: Kuber Financial Services Private Limited

Location: Zirakpur

Experience: 0–2 Years

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day loan operations and processing.
  • Check and verify customer documents and KYC.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Credit teams for loan cases.
  • Follow up for pending documents and approvals.
  • Update customer and loan details in CRM/Excel.
  • Track cases from login to disbursement.
  • Maintain proper records and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to loan status and documents.
  • RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Candidates with banking, NBFC or loan industry experience will be preferred.
