Job SummaryWe are looking for a Product Scanner responsible for accurately scanning, tagging, and updating product information in the company's inventory/system. The candidate will support inventory management, product movement, barcode scanning, and stock accuracy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesScan barcodes/QR codes of incoming and outgoing products.
• Verify product details such as SKU, barcode, quantity, size, colour and price.
• Ensure accurate entry of product information into the system.
• Check products against invoices, delivery challans and system records.
• Assist in stock receiving, inward and outward processes.
• Identify barcode errors, duplicate entries and mismatched product information.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory and store teams for stock-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of scanned products and stock movement.
• Support physical stock verification and inventory counting.
• Report damaged, missing, wrongly tagged or unidentified products.
• Ensure all products are properly scanned before movement to stores/warehouse.
• Follow company procedures for inventory accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scanning/work area.
• Required QualificationMinimum Graduate.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with barcode scanners or inventory software will be preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
