Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail sales team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers and understand their product requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and explain features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
• Manage stock, product availability, and basic inventory activities.
• Generate bills/invoices and handle cash or digital payments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Support promotional activities and offers to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the store and operations team for smooth daily functioning.
• Maintain basic sales and customer records.
• Requirements12th pass or graduate; candidates with a diploma in retail/sales are also welcome.
• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of computers/POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends when required.
