Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Pharmacy or Life Sciences background preferred.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with good experience in PCD pharma sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships and generate business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new PCD pharma franchise partners and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Generate leads through calling, networking, market research, and other business development activities.
• Promote the company's pharmaceutical product range and explain product offerings to prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their requirements and resolve queries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Ensure professional communication and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in PCD Pharma Sales is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, convincing, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the PCD pharma franchise business model.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on business development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
