V Do Marketing is a creative and digital marketing agency helping businesses strengthen their brand, improve their online presence and attract relevant enquiries.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong conceptual thinking, visual judgement and attention to detail. You will create designs for VDM and our clients, taking projects from understanding the brief and developing concepts through to final delivery.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Develop creative concepts: Understand the client’s business, audience and communication goals, then translate them into clear visual ideas.
• Design marketing materials: Create social media posts, carousels, advertising creatives, website graphics, brochures, presentations and other campaign assets.
• Build brand identities: Develop logos, colour palettes, typography systems and brand guidelines, and apply them consistently across materials.
• Create cohesive campaigns: Develop a visual direction that works across multiple formats, platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Maintain design quality: Pay close attention to hierarchy, typography, composition, imagery, spacing and readability.
• Collaborate with the team: Work with the founder, marketing operations team and video editors to align design with content and campaign objectives.
• Present and refine ideas: Explain your design decisions, incorporate feedback and manage revisions efficiently.
• Prepare final artwork: Deliver correctly sized digital assets and print-ready files, checking resolution, colour settings, bleed and export requirements.
• Manage projects and files: Keep working files, versions and brand assets organised while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Guide junior designers: Review work, provide constructive feedback and help maintain consistent design standards.

What we’re looking for

• Proven professional graphic-design experience with a strong portfolio of branding and marketing work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with InDesign and Figma is an advantage.
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual communication.
• The ability to develop original concepts and adapt your approach to different industries and brand styles.
• Experience preparing assets for both digital and print use.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and ownership of final quality.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and respond constructively to feedback.
