Store Supervisor

Our company deals in manufacturing of Natural Clay Products for Interior and Exterior work in Buildings. We are 40years plus old firm which have clients at Pan India level and in overseas markets. We are looking for active and dedicated candidates who is has passion of doing his work in efficient manner for growth of organization.

Job Description:

This is 08-10 hours job per day which starts from morning 8:30AM -9AM am depend upon work and company provides accommodation facility (includes room, electricity and water) for out of state candidates.

Candidate initially have to go through 5-6 months training in manufacturing facility. We are looking for only experience and active account supervisor candidates who are willing to give best to the organization.

Organization provides 3 holidays in a month which means there is no fix day for leaves as candidate can avail single holiday if he/she is working for 10 days.

We are looking for candidates who:

Perform store opening and closing procedures

Maintaining all standards covering merchandise and floor sets

Oversee all areas of inventory control

Must have a commitment to follow all Company procedures as they are related to the Purchasing Department

Has stamina and patience in conducting long hours of inventory/actual counting of stock items

Inspect the physical condition and count or measure the quality and weight of all items or supplies at the time they are received and before they are placed in the storage

Define the optimal layout according to the velocity of the products

To ensure that the Store is in an impeccable condition at all times

Responsible for all aspects of the receipt, storage, movement, supply and security of Material within area of responsibility

Document the receipt of items on the purchase orders and packaging slips and then note any discrepancies

Complete daily outgoing and receiving log and submit a daily report with the relevant slips to the accounts payable clerk

Maintain an up-to-date file of the receiving log and submit a daily report

Partner with the Manager in maintaining all standards covering merchandise and floor sets

Perform any other task assigned by management.

Initially for this job there is physical interview at designated job location. Only 1st round can be done on phone call in which job description related queries can be entertained.
