Telecalling Executive

🚨 WE ARE HIRING – TELECALLING & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Telecalling & Marketing Executive to join our team and handle customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B customers.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Explain products and services to customers in a professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain regular and strong follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Generate new business opportunities and support lead conversion.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding quotations, samples, orders, and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, marketing, or business development.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, or third-party manufacturing will be preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.

• Confident and professional communication over phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
