Construction / Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Diploma Holder with at least 3 year of hands-on experience in site execution and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, intelligent, proactive, and a smart team player who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute construction activities at the site as per project plans and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely and quality execution
• Maintain site records, prepare daily reports, and ensure material management
• Monitor safety standards and ensure site compliance
• Provide updates to project managers and assist in resolving on-site issues

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of site work experience in residential or commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and material specifications
• Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as required
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
