Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Indian-Chinese Cook to join our restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Indian-Chinese dishes such as Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Chilli Paneer, Schezwan dishes, etc.

Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.

Handle wok cooking, sauces, gravies and Chinese cooking equipment.

Follow hygiene and food-safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking area.

Manage preparation and cooking during busy hours.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
