Role Description:
The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure and handling ERP Operations for the Company . The role includes building ERP Interface, managing and monitoring systems, and learning CNC operations. involves implementing and maintaining network security measures, managing user accounts and access controls, and ensuring data backup and recovery processes are in place. The specialist will collaborate with different departments to understand technology needs, provide user training where necessary, and document IT procedures and configurations. This position requires a proactive approach to system improvements and a commitment to reliable, secure IT operations.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology fundamentals and hands-on experience with ERP software, operating systems, and AI applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical issues across devices and systems.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate clearly, and provide timely IT assistance.
- Diploma or degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, basic server administration, and backup solutions is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site in Panaji.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or small-to-medium business environment is an advantage.
