Job Description

Position: Sales Executive / Relationship Officer - Pre-Approved Personal Loan

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers with pre-approved personal loan offers.
  • Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  • Generate leads and convert them into loan disbursements.
  • Assist customers with documentation and application processing.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
  • Good communication and sales skills.
  • Experience in banking, finance, telecalling, or loan sales preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of personal loan products.

Location: Field + Telecalling

Product: Pre-Approved Personal Loan (PAPL)

CTC: As per company norms.
