Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Manager – Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records of the company.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data in coordination with the CA.
- Assist the Chartered Accountant in finalization of accounts, audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project-wise accounting, customer payments, vendor payments, and fund flow in real estate projects.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management review.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, reimbursements, and payment schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in real estate accounting and project accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to work closely with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and senior management.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
