Job Description
As a Supermarket Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth store operations, happy customers, and a motivated team. Your leadership will directly influence sales growth, customer loyalty, and the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Directs daily procedures, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Staff Leadership: Hires, trains, schedules, and motivates staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Manages stock levels, orders inventory, and ensures appealing product displays (planograms).
- Financial Performance: Monitors sales data, controls expenses, manages budgets, and analyzes KPIs.
- Customer Service: Resolves customer complaints and ensures a positive shopping experience.
