Job Description

Pre-Sales Executive

A Pre-Sales Executive in real estate is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversions. The role involves regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining lead data in CRM, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
  • Generate and qualify leads from different sources
  • Explain project details, pricing, and amenities to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits
  • Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
  • Achieve monthly targets and maintain reports
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide customer support
