Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's database.
  • Explain property details, pricing, location, and available offers to clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Schedule property site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status in Excel or CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating with customers.
