Job Description

  • Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
  • Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update lead details in Excel or CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve business performance.
