Job Description
- Key Responsibilitie
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and families with courtesy and empathy.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate resident activities.
- Oversee daily office operations including filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Manage resident admission and discharge processes.
- Maintain accurate records of residents’ personal and medical information.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance.
- Facility & Staff Coordination
- Supervise housekeeping, catering, and maintenance staff to ensure high standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and support staff for resident needs.
- Monitor supplies and inventory; place orders as required.
- Assist in organizing events, recreational activities, and wellness programs.
- Resident & Family Support
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and management.
- Address concerns and complaints with sensitivity and efficiency.
- Ensure residents feel respected, valued, and cared for.
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with ability to work with elderly residents.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or elder care management preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems.
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or administrative management is an advantage.
- Work EnvironmentFull-time, on-site role.
- Requires flexibility to handle emergencies and occasional extended hours.
- Collaborative work with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support staff.
