Job Description

  • Key Responsibilitie
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and families with courtesy and empathy.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate resident activities.
  • Oversee daily office operations including filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Manage resident admission and discharge processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents’ personal and medical information.
  • Prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance.
  • Facility & Staff Coordination

  • Supervise housekeeping, catering, and maintenance staff to ensure high standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and support staff for resident needs.
  • Monitor supplies and inventory; place orders as required.
  • Assist in organizing events, recreational activities, and wellness programs.
  • Resident & Family Support

  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and management.
  • Address concerns and complaints with sensitivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure residents feel respected, valued, and cared for.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, with ability to work with elderly residents.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare or elder care management preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or administrative management is an advantage.
  • Work EnvironmentFull-time, on-site role.
  • Requires flexibility to handle emergencies and occasional extended hours.
  • Collaborative work with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support staff.
