Job Purpose
To monitor, manage and supervise daily construction-site operations, ensuring quality work, timely execution, safety compliance and adherence to project plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure progress as per schedule.
- Coordinate and manage site labour teams and subcontractors.
- Check steel and shuttering work and maintain proper line and level accuracy.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), inventory records and material-consumption logs.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager regarding daily progress and material requirements.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain site cleanliness.
- Monitor material quantities and consumption.
- Ensure proper work sequencing and smooth execution of site activities.
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of construction-site operations.
- Ability to calculate material quantities and monitor consumption.
- Understanding of construction drawings and technical site parameters.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Good team management and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
- Knowledge of construction materials and work sequencing.
- Strong discipline, problem-solving and supervisory skills.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with strong practical knowledge of building construction, labour handling, subcontractor coordination and day-to-day site supervision.
