Job Description

Kalash Jewellers (Kamothe, Navi Mumbai) is hiring a Telecaller for our showroom team.


Responsibilities:

- Call customers about new collections, offers and gold saving scheme details

- Follow up on enquiries and invite customers to visit the showroom

- Remind scheme customers about monthly installments and due dates

- Book appointments for the sales team, support festival campaigns

- Maintain a daily call log and report to the store manager


Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months telecalling / customer calling experience (retail or jewellery is a plus)

- Fluent Hindi and Marathi, basic English

- Polite and confident on the phone, basic smartphone knowledge

- Immediate joiners preferred


Job details:

- Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month

- Work from showroom: Shop No. 15, Uma Shiv Corner, Sector 19, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai (near Khandeshwar)

- 6-day week, Friday off
