Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, maintain records, perform data entry, and support routine office activities. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems.
• Prepare documents, reports, letters, and spreadsheets using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
• Manage emails and other routine computer-related tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of office data.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of computer and printer issues.
• Maintain daily reports and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Required Qualifications
• 10th / 12th pass or graduate, depending on company requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with email and internet usage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
