About Design Crew StudioDesign Crew Studio is an interior design and execution firm specializing in residential and commercial interiors. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution, coordinate with labour teams, and ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, painters, POP workers, plumbers, and other contractors.
- Monitor civil work, false ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and finishing work.
- Read and understand interior working drawings, layouts, and execution details.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and availability at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper finishing standards.
- Identify site issues and resolve execution-related problems promptly.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper material storage.
- Assist with measurements, quantity verification, and contractor billing.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior execution.
- Candidates must have an interior project background.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
- Knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical work, and finishing.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between project sites, if required.
- Preferred CandidatePractical, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Capable of independently handling day-to-day site execution.
- Experienced in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Able to manage labour, contractors, materials, and work schedules.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000– ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
