Branch Receivable Officer

  • Bucket-Wise Collections: Drive recovery and resolution across early and late delinquency buckets (such as X-bucket bounce cases, 1–90 days, and 90–180 days normalization/rollbacks).
  • Collection Targets: Achieve monthly targets for collection efficiency and recover collection charges from bounce-payment customers.
  • Portfolio Tracking: Monitor overdue accounts, track repayment trends, and minimize bad debt exposure within the retail portfolio.
  • Process Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to risk audits, compliance standards, and internal collection policies.
