Relationship Manager - Retail

  •  Welcome new retail clients, verify documents, and set up new accounts smoothly.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Find chances to sell extra services like loans, insurance, or credit cards to current customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Solve client complaints and fix problems quickly to keep customers happy and loyal.
  • Data Tracking: Keep client records correct and up-to-date using customer relationship management (CRM—software used to track customer interactions).
