Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
- Meet doctors and generate prescriptions for assigned products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability at chemist counters.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
