Brand Sales Executive-Bihar & Jharkhand-Retails Store

We are hiring experienced and energetic Brand Sales Executives for our leading garment retail stores Across Bihar & Jharkhand.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in Garment/Apparel/Fashion Retail sales, customer handling and achievement of store sales targets.

🛍️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Demonstrate and recommend appropriate garments/products.

• Achieve daily, monthly and store sales targets.

• Drive conversion, average bill value and repeat customer sales.

• Maintain excellent customer service and brand experience.

• Ensure proper product presentation and visual merchandising.

• Maintain product availability on the sales floor through regular replenishment.

• Assist in stock checking, tagging, size availability and inventory movement.

• Support billing and other store processes as required.

• Maintain store cleanliness, discipline and brand standards.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.

• Coordinate with Store Manager/Supervisor for daily sales activities.

• Follow company policies, SOPs and reporting requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE - Must Have:

• 2–5 years' experience in retail sales.

• Garment/Apparel/Fashion retail experience preferred.

• Good customer-handling and communication skills.

• Sales target-oriented approach.

• Presentable personality and professional grooming.

• Ability to work in a retail/store environment.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from reputed garment/fashion/lifestyle brands, shopping malls, large-format stores and organized retail will be preferred.
