Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective patients/customers and generate healthcare service enquiries.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and understand patient/customer requirements.
  • Explain healthcare services,other services.
  • Convert leads and enquiries into appointments, consultations, bookings, or service sales.
  • Follow up regularly with prospective client to improve lead conversion.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on approved company information.
  • Handle customer objections related to pricing, packages, services, appointments, and availability.
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, offers, and appointment procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and coordinate with the concerned healthcare team.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions in the CRM/system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience while communicating with patients and their attendants.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate medical, clinical, or service-related issues to the appropriate team.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups for missed appointments, pending enquiries, and interested leads.
  • Support the team in promoting healthcare packages, preventive health check-ups, consultations, and other approved services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information and follow organizational data-protection policies.
  • Follow approved call scripts, sales processes, healthcare communication guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic teams, and customer-support teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of lead status and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor personal sales performance and continuously work toward improving conversion rates.
  • Collect relevant customer feedback and share recurring concerns or market insights with the reporting manager.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry, booking, and follow-up journey.
  • Avoid providing medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or clinical opinions beyond the information authorized by the organization.
  • Participate in training programs, product/service updates, and team meetings.
  • Perform other telesales and customer-support responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
