Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Operator to manage daily data entry, maintain accurate records, update databases, and support the team with regular documentation and reporting activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain company data in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal software.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, employees, sales, and business transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and organize digital files and records.
- Coordinate with the sales and other departments to collect and update required information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
