Job Description
We are looking for a Measurement & Fit Specialist who will be responsible for visiting customers, taking accurate garment measurements, understanding fitting requirements, collecting fabric when required, and coordinating with our tailoring partners to ensure the right fit and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit customers for accurate body measurements and fabric pickup.
* Follow standardized measurement and fitting SOPs.
* Understand customer requirements and design instructions.
* Record measurements accurately in the TROOS app.
* Coordinate with tailoring partners for stitching requirements.
* Support quality checks and alteration-related requirements.
* Ensure timely pickup, measurement and handover processes.
* Maintain professional customer interaction and service standards.
Key Skills
* Knowledge of garment measurements, fitting and tailoring.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable with field visits and mobile applications.
* Prior experience in tailoring, fashion, garment fitting or a related field will be preferred.
