About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Relationship Manager who will act as a bridge between the brand/client and our internal team.The role is mainly about client communication, understanding requirements, coordinating with employees and getting work executed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with brands/clients and understand their requirements.
• Take requirements from clients and convert them into clear tasks for the internal team.
• Give proper instructions to employees and ensure work is executed correctly.
• Follow up with team members and make sure tasks are completed on time.
• Review completed work and coordinate for corrections or improvements.
• Help find content references, creative ideas, reels and competitor references.
• Research and shortlist relevant influencer profiles according to brand requirements.
• Coordinate with the influencer marketing team for influencer research and requirements.
• Maintain smooth communication between the client and internal team.
• Keep track of pending tasks and provide regular updates to clients.
• Ensure work is completed according to the brand's requirements and deadlines.

Skills Required

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain them clearly to the team.
• Good research skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, influencers and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs.
• Responsible, proactive and good at follow-ups.
