Role SummaryThe Admission Counsellor is the first point of contact for students and parents. The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their aspirations, recommending suitable programs, handling admissions, maintaining relationships, and ensuring an excellent enrolment experience.

This role requires a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, empathy and a passion for helping young people grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Student CounsellingCounsel students and parents regarding academy programs.
• Understand students' career goals, confidence levels, and learning needs.
• Recommend suitable courses based on individual requirements.
• Address concerns and guide students towards informed decisions.
• AdmissionsConvert enquiries into admissions.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, schedules, and benefits.
• Complete admission formalities and documentation.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Lead ManagementHandle walk-in enquiries.
• Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and social media enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly.
• Maintain enquiry and conversion records in CRM or Excel.
• Relationship Management : Build trust with students and parents.
• Maintain long-term relationships for referrals.
• Collect testimonials and feedback.
• Events & OutreachSupport seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and school/college visits.
• Participate in education fairs and promotional events.
• Coordinate campus visits and demo classes.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare daily counselling reports.
• Maintain admission databases.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding new admissions.
• Assist with fee collection and documentation.
