Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to counsel prospective students/candidates regarding our educational, healthcare, vocational training and certification programs.

The main responsibility is to follow up with leads, provide accurate course information and convert interested candidates into successful admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel prospective candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain courses, eligibility, duration, fees, certification and admission process.
• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain daily call, follow-up and admission records.
• Coordinate with the admission/academic team.
• Achieve assigned admission targets.
• Mandatory Performance RequirementMinimum 4 successful admissions per month is mandatory.
• The candidate must be capable of handling leads effectively and achieving the minimum monthly admission target.
• Additional admissions above the minimum target may qualify for performance-based incentives.
• Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
• Additional incentives on successful admissions
• Higher performance = higher earning potential.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.
• Confident, positive and target-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer/mobile knowledge.
• Telecalling, sales, counselling or admission experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)Minimum: 4 successful admissions/month

Candidates who consistently exceed the minimum target will be rewarded through additional incentives and performance-based growth opportunities.
