Job Description

CASA Sales Executive (A leading Government Bank) Off- Role

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA).
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
  • Meet customers and explain banking products and services.
  • Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Complete KYC and account opening formalities.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure smooth account activation.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and sales skills.
  • Customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong field sales and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of CASA and basic banking products.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
