Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef with minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines and be able to independently manage kitchen operations and maintain food quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental dishes.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Handle daily kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
• Prepare mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
• Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Manage food preparation during busy service hours.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
• Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor & Continental cuisine.
• Good cooking and plating skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Ability to control food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
