Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Associate to manage cinema operations such as selling (movie tickets, food & beverages) and ensuring customer satisfaction by giving then nice and amazing service. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career with a global cinema brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ticket sales and customer check-ins at the ticket counter
- Prepare and serve food items (e.g., Popcorn, Nachos, Pizza, Sandwiches & etc) in the concession.
- Deliver food orders directly to customers at their seats
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counters & the equipments as well
- Provide courteous and helpful customer service
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 12th Pass
- Age: 18 to 25 years
- Gender: Open to all genders
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Language: Basic English required
