Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner as per the approved menu.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in planning daily menus and preparing ingredients according to requirements
  • Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, utensils, work areas, and kitchen premises.
  • Properly store and handle raw materials and cooked food.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in a hostel, school, college, hotel, or institutional mess.
  • Experience in bulk cooking for a large number of people.
  • Good knowledge of Indian/North Indian cuisine.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain discipline.
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
