• Job Description Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printing machines and related equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing of machines.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Guide customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.
• Maintain service reports and records of customer visits.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel across Bihar and Jharkhand as required for customer service visits.
• Eligibility CriteriaDiploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems will be an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
