Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing activities and generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROI.
- Generate and improve the quality of real estate leads through paid and organic channels.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research.
- Develop effective ad copies, headlines, creatives and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative/video team for ad creatives, reels, videos and promotional content.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Track leads and campaign performance through CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other tracking tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Continuously test different audiences, creatives, offers and campaign strategies to improve results.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads updates and Google Ads practices.
