Position

Field Sales Executive – Bulk & Outside Sales

• 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesVisit nearby businesses, offices, coaching institutes, hostels, hotels, event organizers, and other potential customers.
• Generate bulk food orders from outside and nearby areas.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Promote Hookah & Hunger’s food, party, catering, and bulk-order services.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular market visits and submit basic sales/order reports.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth execution of bulk orders.
• 🎯 Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in restaurant, food, catering, FMCG, hospitality, or B2B sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of the local Patna market and nearby areas.
• Must be comfortable with regular field visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Should have a good network of potential customers/businesses.
• Ability to bring bulk and repeat orders.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentive: 5% on eligible sales/orders, up to ₹5,000

Total earning potential: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000+ per month based on performance.
