पद: सर्विस इंजीनियर – MEP एवं फैसिलिटी मेंटेनेंस

हमें रिपेयर एवं मेंटेनेंस कार्य के लिए एक मल्टी-स्किल्ड सर्विस इंजीनियर/टेक्नीशियन की आवश्यकता है।

अनिवार्य कौशल

उम्मीदवार को निम्नलिखित तीनों क्षेत्रों में व्यावहारिक कार्य अनुभव होना अनिवार्य है:

• इलेक्ट्रिकल मेंटेनेंस एवं ट्रबलशूटिंग – अनिवार्य
• CCTV इंस्टॉलेशन, ट्रबलशूटिंग एवं मेंटेनेंस – अनिवार्य
• फायर अलार्म सिस्टम की इंस्टॉलेशन, टेस्टिंग एवं ट्रबलशूटिंग – अनिवार्य

अतिरिक्त कौशल

निम्नलिखित कार्यों का ज्ञान/अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी:

• HVAC / AC मेंटेनेंस
• कारपेंटरी एवं फर्नीचर रिपेयर
• पेंटिंग एवं छोटे-मोटे सिविल/फिनिशिंग कार्य
• सामान्य बिल्डिंग एवं फैसिलिटी रिपेयर/मेंटेनेंस

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• ब्रेकडाउन एवं मेंटेनेंस कॉल को अटेंड करना
• इलेक्ट्रिकल, CCTV एवं फायर अलार्म की खराबियों की पहचान एवं समाधान
• Preventive एवं Corrective Maintenance करना
• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर संबंधित वेंडर/विशेषज्ञ के साथ समन्वय करना
• किए गए कार्य की सर्विस रिपोर्ट एवं जॉब क्लोजर तैयार करना
• HVAC, कारपेंटरी एवं पेंटिंग से संबंधित छोटे-मोटे मेंटेनेंस कार्य करना

उम्मीदवार की योग्यता

• ITI / Diploma (Electrical) को प्राथमिकता
• Electrical + CCTV + Fire Alarm में अच्छा hands-on अनुभव
• Commercial Building Maintenance का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता
• साइट पर स्वतंत्र रूप से जाकर सामान्य समस्याओं का समाधान करने की क्षमता
• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन एवं रिपोर्टिंग स्किल

महत्वपूर्ण: उम्मीदवार के लिए Electrical, CCTV और Fire Alarm—तीनों में hands-on अनुभव अनिवार्य है।

Position: Service Engineer – MEP & Facility Maintenance

We are looking for a multi-skilled Service Engineer/Technician for repair and maintenance of commercial/residential facilities.

Mandatory Skills

• Electrical maintenance & troubleshooting – compulsory
• CCTV installation, troubleshooting & maintenance – compulsory
• Fire Alarm System installation, testing & troubleshooting – compulsory

Additional Skills

• HVAC / AC maintenance
• Carpentry and furniture repair
• Painting and minor civil/finishing works
• General facility repair and maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown and maintenance calls
• Diagnose electrical, CCTV and fire alarm faults
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs
• Maintain service reports and job completion records
• Handle minor HVAC, carpentry and painting-related maintenance work

Candidate Profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred
• Practical field experience in Electrical + CCTV + Fire Alarm
• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance preferred
• Ability to independently attend sites and resolve routine breakdowns
• Good communication and reporting skills

Important: Candidates must have hands-on experience in all three compulsory areas: Electrical, CCTV and Fire Alarm.
