📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day hotel operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all hotel departments and services.
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate hotel staff and their performance.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and service-related requirements.
• Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Support business development and implement strategies to improve hotel performance.
• Analyse operational and business data to support management decisions.
• Manage room availability, pricing, and yield management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational standards, and service procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience.
• Candidates with 3/4-star hotel experience will be preferred.
• Strong experience in hotel operations, staff management, vendor coordination, and hospitality management.
• Should have good communication, leadership, and business management skills.
• Candidates with knowledge of budgeting, business analytics, and yield management will be preferred.
