About the Role

Naukariwaala Consultants is looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and supporting clients in successfully closing their hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technical positions.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share relevant profiles with clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Negotiate and communicate salary expectations when required.
• Ensure selected candidates successfully join the organization.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• IT Recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT/technical candidates.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and candidate profiles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making frequent recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
• Ability to work independently with targets and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a result-oriented approach.
