About the Role: Naukariwaala Consultants is looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and helping clients close their hiring requirements.

• Key Responsibilities: Understand client job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Negotiate and communicate salary expectations when required.
• Ensure candidates successfully join after selection.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Requirements: Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of recruitment/HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making frequent recruitment calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
