Job SummaryAs an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems. The role involves working at client sites across Patna and occasionally nearby regions. You will handle both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning:Install HVAC systems, including split ACs, window ACs, cassette ACs, VRV/VRF systems, air handling units (AHUs), and chillers.

• Lay ductwork and piping as per layout and system design.
• 
  
• Perform wiring and connection of HVAC electrical components and control panels.
• Maintenance & Repair:Conduct regular preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• 
  
• Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical components.
• 
  
• Perform repairs and replace faulty parts (compressors, motors, thermostats, etc.).
• 
  
• Recharge refrigerants and check for gas leakage using appropriate tools.
• 
  
• Inspection & Troubleshooting:Inspect HVAC systems for proper operation and identify issues.
• 
  
• Use instruments like manifold gauges, multimeters, leak detectors, and thermal sensors.
• 
  
• Calibrate system settings and ensure temperature, pressure, and airflow are within standard limits.
• 
  
• Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate logs of services provided, materials used, and issues resolved.
• 
  
• Submit service reports and checklists to the supervisor or client representative.
• 
  
• Provide feedback and suggestions for system upgrades or efficiency improvements.
• Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Qualification:
• 
  
• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 
  
• Work Experience:
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and installation.
• 
  
• Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or malls are preferred.
• 
  
• Freshers with strong theoretical knowledge and practical training may also apply.
• 
  
• Technical Skills:
• 
  
• Strong understanding of HVAC system functioning, design, and control.
• 
  
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• 
  
• Skilled in using hand tools, gauges, refrigerant charging machines, and diagnostic instruments.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
