Role Overview:

Merchant Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing merchants for digital payment solutions, Soundbox deployment, and Current Account acquisition. The role requires strong field sales skills, relationship management, and target achievement capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• New merchant onboarding in assigned territory

• Deployment and activation of Soundbox devices

• Opening of Current Accounts (CA) for merchants

• Ensuring KYC documentation and compliance

• Daily market visits and lead generation

• Achieving monthly targets for Soundbox & CA

• Providing post-installation support to merchants

• Cross-selling additional banking & payment products

Skills & Requirements:

• Field sales experience preferred (Fintech/Payments industry)

• Knowledge of Soundbox & QR based payment systems

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to manage territory independently
