Job Description

Data Collection: Gather raw datasets from multiple internal platforms, enterprise systems, and departmental spreadsheets.

Data Cleaning: Reconcile, audit, and format data to ensure complete accuracy and eliminate errors.

Report Generation: Build and deliver recurring daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and tracking sheets.

Dashboard Management: Create interactive visual dashboards and KPIs using BI tools or spreadsheets.

Exception Flagging: Proactively identify significant data movements, gaps, or operational bottlenecks before leadership asks.

Advanced Excel: Master Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Macros.

Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

Database Basics: Working knowledge of SQL to pull data directly from source systems.

Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to summarize complex information clearly
