Job Description

To ensure accurate, timely and meaningful MIS reporting that enables management to monitor performance, identify gaps and take informed business decisions by

  • Collect data from concerned departments/branches.
  • Check data accuracy and completeness.
  • Compare Actual vs Target / Previous Period.
  • Prepare department/branch-wise performance analysis.
  • Track pending actions and data gaps.
  • Maintain master data, records and systematic filing
  • Automation and improvement of MIS/reporting processes
  • Support monthly review meetings.
  • Prepare KPI-wise performance reports.
  • Prepare Monthly MIS & Management Dashboard.
