Job Description
Job Title:Modular Furniture Designer - Kitchens, Wardrobes, Workstations
Location: Patna | Full-time
Hours: 10 AM–7 PM, Monday–Saturday
We’re hiring a hands-on professional to handle site measurements, 2D/3D designs, quotations and installation supervision.
Practical knowledge of modular kitchens and wardrobes is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate site measurements and document site conditions.
- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, detailed working drawings and 3D views.
- Prepare BOQs, material/hardware requirements and quotations using company-approved rates.
- Share approved drawings with the factory and resolve production queries.
- Supervise installation, check quality and close pending issues before handover.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in modular furniture design and execution.
- Knowledge of kitchen/wardrobe construction, boards, finishes, hardware and installation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and SketchUp, Prolance or equivalent software for 3D.
- Working knowledge of Excel for BOQs and quotations.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to visit sites in and around Patna and Bihar.
- Relevant diploma/degree preferred; practical experience will also be considered.
Preferred: Own laptop suitable for design software and own bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
