Office Boy / Peon

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Peon Cum Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and assist with basic tasks in our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and capable of handling multiple duties efficiently.

• Daily Job Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping Duties: Ensure the showroom is always clean and tidy.

• Sweep, mop, and dust furniture, floors, and display areas.
• Clean washrooms and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
• Dispose of trash and keep the surroundings clutter-free.
• Refill handwash, tissue, and other necessary supplies.

2. Peon Duties:

• Serve water, tea, or coffee to staff and customers.
• Assist in shifting and arranging furniture within the showroom.
• Run errands as required, such as bringing office supplies or handling minor courier tasks.
• Help in unloading and organizing stock when new furniture arrives.
• Ensure proper locking and security of the showroom when required.
• 3. Other Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in minor tasks.
• Maintain basic inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: No specific education required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or peon work is a plus.
• Physically fit to carry out cleaning and minor lifting tasks.
• Honest, hardworking, and well-mannered.
